Omar Ahmed Al-Shebeeb
Teaching Assistant Professor, West Virginia University, USA.
Research field: Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and Design Efficiency, Design Thinking, Productivity Improvement, Advanced Manufacturing and Technologies, Subtractive and Additive Manufacturing, Quality Control, Manufacturing Facilities Design and Material Handling, and CAD/CAM/CIM/CIE Systems and Applications.
Dr. Al-Shebeeb is a Teaching Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering (IMSE) at West Virginia University (WVU). He finished his Ph.D. in the IMSE Department at WVU (2019). Then, he started his job as an Academic Program Director at Greenville Technical College. While Dr. Al-Shebeeb was pursuing his Ph.D. degree at WVU, he was working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the IMSE Department for four years. Dr. Al-Shebeeb obtained his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Production (Manufacturing) Engineering from the Production and Metallurgy Engineering Department at the University of Technology, Iraq. Dr. Al-Shebeeb was working as an Assistant Professor (2011-2013) and Instructor (2007-2009) at the University of Diyala, Iraq. He has taught several courses in the mechanical engineering, engineering management, and production (manufacturing) engineering fields. His areas of research interest are in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and design efficiency, design thinking, productivity improvement, advanced manufacturing and technologies, subtractive and additive manufacturing, quality control, manufacturing facilities design and material handling, and CAD/CAM/CIM/CIE systems and applications. He has several publications in journals, conferences and book chapters. He is an active member of American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE) International, Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM), and WVU IE Leaders.
Kim Phuc Tran
Senior Associate Professor, University of Lille, France.
Research field: Explainable Trustworthy, and Transparent Artificial Intelligence, Ethical, and Human-centered Artificial Intelligence, Safety and Reliability of Artificial Intelligence, Statistical Computing, Intelligent Decision Support Systems, Digital Twins, and Applications of AI, Edge Computing, and Data Science in Industry 5.0.
Kim Phuc Tran is currently a Senior Associate Professor (Maître de Conférences HDR, equivalent to a UK Reader) of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at the University of Lille, Graduate School MADIS-631, ENSAIT, & GEMTEX laboratory, France. He received an Engineer's degree and a Master of Engineering degree in Automated Manufacturing. He obtained a Ph.D. in Automation and Applied Informatics at the University of Nantes, and an HDR (Doctor of Science or Dr. Habil.) in Computer Science and Automation at the University of Lille, France. He has published more than 72 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and proceedings of international conferences. He edited 3 books with Springer Nature and Taylor & Francis. He is the Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member, and Guest Editor for several international journals such as IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence.

Kim Phuc Tran has supervised 12 Ph.D. students and 3 Postdocs. In addition, as the project coordinator (PI), he conducted a national project about Healthcare Systems with Federated Learning. He has been or is involved (PI, co-PI, or member) in 13 national and European projects. He is an expert and evaluator for the Public Service of Wallonia (SPW-EER), Belgium, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, ANRT (Association nationale de la recherche et de la technologie), and CY Cergy Paris University, France. He received the Award for Scientific Excellence (Prime d’Encadrement Doctoral et de Recherche) given by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, France for 4 years from 2021 to 2025 in recognition of his outstanding scientific achievements.

From 2017 until now, he has been the Senior Scientific Advisor at Dong A University and the International Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (IAD), Danang, Vietnam where he has held the International Chair in Data Science and Explainable Artificial Intelligence.

Sudan Jha
Professor, Kathmandu University, Nepal.
Research field: Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (Deep Learning), Neutrosophic Theory and Neutrosophic Soft Set Systems.
Prof. Sudan Jha is a Senior IEEE member; Principal Scientist in the Himalayan country Nepal. Presently, he is working as a Professor and RAC member at the School of Sciences, Christ (Deemed to be University) Delhi, India. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2015; received his graduation/post-graduation in engineering from MNREC (Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College), Allahabad, India in 2001. He has around 75 accepted and published research papers and book chapters in reputed SCI, SCIE, ESCI, and SCOPUS indexed journals, conferences. He is Editor-in-Chief in an international journal published from South Korea. He has two patents in his name. Additionally, he has authored, edited 6 books for recent advanced topics in IoT, 5G, AI for the publishers like Elsevier, CRC and AAP. He is an internationally acclaimed Keynote Speaker in several international conferences, Resource Person in National/International faculty development programs, Short term training programs for faculties and students. He has served as Guest Editor in several SCIE and ESCI journals, reviewer/TPC member in various conferences and journals. Prof. Jha, an enthusiastic researcher with 20+ years of experience in Academics with proven track record in University Administration, researcher, Software Project Developer/Manager; he is an IBM certified Engineer on “Microservices Architecture And Implementation”; Certified Data Scientist with proficiency in Python; “Machine Learning - Linear Regression”- which is certified by NASSCOM and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India certified, Certified in “Foundations of Artificial Intelligence” by SkillsUp.
Adrian David Cheok

Research field: Mixed Reality, Human–Computer Interfaces, Wearable Computers and Ubiquitous Computing, Fuzzy Systems, Embedded Systems, Power Electronics.
Adrian David Cheok (Senior Member, IEEE) was formerly a Chair Professor with the City, University of London, a Full Professor with the Graduate School of Media Design, Keio University, an Associate Professor with the National University of Singapore, and an Engineer with Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs, Japan. He is currently a Professor with i-University, Tokyo, and the Director of the Imagineering Institute, Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia. He is also the Founder and the Director of the Mixed Reality Laboratory, Singapore. He has been working on research covering mixed reality, human–computer interfaces, wearable computers and ubiquitous computing, fuzzy systems, embedded systems, and power electronics.
